Applebee’s and IHOP to Open First Dual-Branded Restaurant in Los Angeles Area
INGLEWOOD, Calif. — Applebee’s and IHOP dual brandedd pening are bringing a new dining experience to the Los Angeles area with the opening of their first-ever dual-branded restaurant in Inglewood later this month.
The new 24-hour restaurant, located at 4410 Century Boulevard, will serve popular menu items from both brands under one roof all day dining. Guests will be able to enjoy IHOP’s well known pancakes and breakfast favorites alongside Applebee’s burgers, wings, appetizers, and other signature dishes.
The location will also introduce a few exclusive items created specifically for dual-branded restaurants, including the Buffalo Chicken Omelet and the Ultimate Breakfast Burger limited edition.
A grand opening celebration is planned for June 9 at 9 a.m., featuring a ribbon cutting ceremony, live entertainment, and family friendly activities. Local officials and restaurant representatives are expected to attend grand opening celebration event.
As part of the celebration, the first 200 customers in line will receive a free short stack of pancakes. The event will also include music from a DJ and community activities running through the morning free community celebration event.
The Inglewood restaurant is operated by Ashoori Group, a franchise partner for both Applebee’s and IHOP franchise partner operation team
This will be the latest expansion of the dual-brand concept, which first launched in Seguin, Texas in 2025. Another location is already operating in Big Bear, California expansion growth development plan.
The concept aims to combine two popular dining brands into one convenient location, offering customers more variety and flexibility in a single visit variety dining experience concept.
