Applebee’s Big Easy Menu Returns Nationwide With New Dishes

Applebee’s has officially brought back its Big Easy Menu nationwide, introducing two new Cajun inspired dishes: the Big Easy Burger and Bayou Shrimp Bowl. Prices start at $11.99, and the menu also celebrates the 25th anniversary of Applebee’s Mucho Cocktails with new $6 drinks for a limited time.

New Big Easy Menu Items

Applebee’s 2026 Big Easy Menu includes:

Big Easy Burger: All beef burger with Pepper Jack cheese, grilled Andouille sausage, citrus slaw, and spicy honey mustard on a Brioche bun. Served with classic fries.
Bayou Shrimp Bowl: Blackened shrimp, smoky Andouille sausage, Spanish rice, garlicky green beans, sautéed bell peppers and onions, served with Cajun sauce.
Bourbon Street Chicken and Andouille Sausage Penne: Cajun Alfredo pasta with Bourbon Street chicken, Andouille sausage, and seasoned vegetables.

Other favorites like Bourbon Street Chicken & Shrimp Skillet, Bourbon Street Steak, and Bourbon Street Mushroom Swiss Burger are also part of the lineup.

25th Anniversary Mucho Cocktails

Applebee’s is celebrating 25 years of Mucho Cocktails, introducing two new $6 cocktails:

Emerald Escape: Jameson Irish Whiskey, Malibu Coconut Rum, melon liqueur, blue raspberry, pineapple juice, lime.
Pricklycane: Bacardi Rum, lemon sour, prickly pear, orange juice, pineapple juice.

Also available: Parade Punch Mocktails ( $4) non alcoholic, fruity, and festive.
